RCC Engineers was engaged to investigate cracking, masonry separation and reported building movement at an operating childcare facility.
Our Scope
The assessment included crack monitoring, relative floor-level review, consideration of drainage and site conditions, and review of available investigation information.
Engineering Outcome
Monitoring indicated no significant active movement during the assessment period. RCC Engineers provided practical recommendations including drainage rectification, localised masonry reconstruction, articulation-joint improvements and future monitoring.
